I saw the whole of your sent email on 21-04-2020 on the job description and I determined I would be able to mark green all off your overdue payments by maintaining the reputed customer service and customer relation to your clients.
One of my key accomplishments in my current role was helping my employer the best in core customer service and sales, and I succeeded there that's because I’m confident I can help Daiwa House Group get the topmost results here till now that's it and I determine more positive outcome will bloom in a practical workflow.

First I'll like to lesson him about finding the appropriate reason for his misconception or misunderstanding thereafter I will be more supportive of him and will try to serve him ASAP by the company provided offer in an alternative way (specialize coupon, voucher, etc) by following company policy or anything I can do for that customer by counseling issue with high authority cause customers are assets.
WHAT ARE THE EXPERIENCES YOU HAVE HAD IN DEBT COLLECTIONS CASES?
Bad and good mixed experience but the success rate is more than 90 percent.
Bad experience: In most cases need for excessive levels of monitoring and follow-up.
Good experience: I have succeeded in a small amount of communication, in a word, I have succeeded in the first request, but this rate is a small amount.
